Week 9 brings us results that are very encouraging. We are all continuing to lose and getting back on track. The most important result of this week is that the Dead Sexies remain in 1st place. I'm not biased or anything, but Team Oso made a nice effort but fell a little short. The Bird Nerd Herd made a nice bounce back into the game this week with a solid weight loss. Congrats to all. Let's keep the momentum going!!

While I am happy for the Dead Sexies for winning number one, again. I am a little sad for them also because this week is the last week that they will be ahead. I feel a deep empathy for them and hold them in my heart.
