The Low Down

Here are the rules...

1. Each couple will weigh in and email me (T-Bone) their total weight every Monday. I will post the totals each week.

2. Each week's weight loss/gain will be tallied and divided into the starting weight for the total % of weight loss. For example...our starting weight on week 1 might be 100 pounds. The next week, we lost 4 pounds total combined. This would give us a total of percentage of weight loss of 4%. The team with the highest percentage of weight loss at the end wins.

3. This program is only for the 3 E's...Exercise, Eat Right, Eat Less...no quick gimmick diets

4. The end of the contest will be determined when D and K move down here.

The winning couple will receive a free night's stay at the Marriott at Solana, dinner, and free overnight baby/dog sitting.

Please understand that we are all here to help each other so please feel free to post success stories as well as trials. We are all here to encourage each other and to get healthy together. We all want to be around to see our new generation of kids grow up.

Please feel free to post recipes or any tips that might help us get through the week.
